Arranging the order of rooms
You can arrange the order of child rooms within any room in the room tree. While you can rearrange rooms within a room, you cannot move rooms from one room to another. As you are arranging the order of the rooms, you can open a room to see its contents and better determine where you want to place it.

The room order is specific to each profile. When you arrange the rooms for one profile, it does not affect the arrangement of rooms in other profiles. |

Changes you make to the room tree structure or to room content will not be available to patrons until you run the SD_CONTENT_EXTRACTOR task. For more information, see Scheduled Tasks. |
To arrange the order of the rooms in the room tree
- Log in to the Admin Console.
- Choose Rooms from the navigation pane.
- Select the profile in which you want to work.
- Navigate to the room where you want to rearrange the child rooms.

Use the up and down arrows in the Change Order column to move a room. For more information, see Fields: Rooms.
Note: To view the contents of a room, click the Edit Room Content option for that room.
